Drinks Made Easy Present: How to make a Long Island Iced Tea.

Our first of many colorful guest, Damian, joins us in learning how to make his favorite cocktail, the Long Island Iced Tea.

To make this rather simple, yet strong drink you will need the following:

1 oz. tequila
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. White Rum
1 oz. Triple sec. or an other orange liqueur
Sweet and Sour mix (store bought is the easiest way to go)
splash of your choice of cola (most often we use coke)

In a Collins glass (10-12 oz) filled with ice, pour equal parts of all your alcohols. Add a generous serving of your sweet and sour mix, and top it off with a splash of Cola. You can use any kind of cola if you want, we use Coke. Then garnish is with a lemon twist or a lemon wedge. And there you have it, your very own Long Island Iced Tea.

This is a very strong drink and it can sneak up on you if you are not careful. So please drink this slowly, enjoy it.
